wearing Versace We all know that first Monday in May is the annual fund-raising gala known as Met Gala for the benefit of Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Institute in New York City marking the grand opening of the institutes fashion exhibition.
Just like all the previous years, this met gala had a theme too and celebrities as well as guests tried to go with it as much as they could.
This year’s theme was Heavenly bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination. As I’ve seen a lot of celebrities and guests rocking the red carpet wearing their favorite designer outfits.
Here is a bottom to top list of slayers at red carpet wearing Versace.
- Irina Shayk dressed in a very divine bronze gown stepped on red carpet.
Her complete look was elegant with less make up and her plated gown was all complementing the look a lot.
Kim Kardashian West
Kim wore a gold latex dress with crosses relating to catholic views and beliefs. Her long black hair completely went with her dark Smokey eyes. Thou she looks lonely with Kanye West.
She slayed the red carpet with her present-day Joan of Arc look (a roman Catholic Saint) and was totally into the look. She carried her dress perfectly.
She looked like a Rockstar with an angel’s heart. Her look on red carpet was simply heavenly and up to modern world fashion trends. I personally loved her boots.
Gigi has been an all-time favorite kind of model and her geometrically patterned Versace dress set fire to the red carpet. Her simple and original look were like double the treat.
The dress is thought to be showing galaxies and stars hence the Heavenly bodies.
Blake Lively THE QUEEN
It was a breath-taking moment for the entire fashion Industry when Blake Lively wore her best and “favorite dress ever” to Met Gala’s red carpet. Her custom-made Versace dress took over 600 hours and the time was worth it! Because her dress and she herself rocked the red carpet look and were indeed the number 1 slayers when it comes to Met Gala 2018. Her dressing sense has always been on point and we look forward to Versace as well for this remarkable masterpiece.
